Suja Cleanse

I have been one that enjoys doing a cleanse at lease once or twice a year. I have done THIS one for the past few years and have always got great results. But recently, I have heard about the Suja Cleanse. Suja is a company located in San Diego, CA, where they create each drink with all organic fruits and vegetables. They have made this cleanse so easy… it’s all done for you! You just buy the drinks and enjoy, so simple.  I was sold when I found out that I could pick it up at our local Whole Foods (or on their website). You have the choice of doing a 1, 3, or 5 day cleanse; I stuck with 3 days.

First I must say, that I have never been one that has been able to drink my vegetables (I guess I just have never had a great one made for me). But Suja has DONE. IT. RIGHT.

 I started off with Glow as my first drink and I would be lying if I said I was enjoying the taste of it. But the next drink was Fuel. It was AMAZING! I loved it. From then on, the drinks seemed to get tastier for me. By the end of the day, I would finish with Vanilla Cloud and that stuff is heaven sent! Its so good and a great way to end the night.

The entire cleanse, I was never hungry. I never found it hard, because you have 6 drinks per day for the 3 days. You aren’t stuck with drinking the same thing all day long and were always satisfied. I do have to say, I enjoyed all the drinks by day 3.

The results for me have wonderful and I feel amazing! I am now a lifer with the Suja cleanse. I promise you, that they are that good! I will be picking them up any chance I get.

Now if you have been thinking of doing a cleanse, or have never done one in the past DO THIS ONE! I swear you will not be disappointed and it’s the easiest way to start your way to clean eating.

Now thanks to Suja, we can all be juicers.  They simply have a great thing going

* Note: I bought two extra drinks, "Master Cleanse" because I wanted to drink them the following day after the cleanse.
